What is Signature Control?

The term „Signature Control“ means the central control of personal signatures using a consistent corporate design. Just deposit a template containing placeholder in the CMM, the server automatically fills in the personal information while sending the mail. Of course the CMM can handle different templates for different companies and choose the right one based on rule controls.

Will CMM recognize replies of received emails?

With the integrated rule system you can ensure that the personal signature is not inserted at the end of the email all times. The CMM is able to recognize a certain part in an email and can insert the signature at this point.

Can I import the personal data?

You can import personal data like title, name, surname, email address and group membership from an existing database system in your company. The CMM can connect to the data source periodical and adopt the changes. So you can be sure that the inserted information is up-to-date every time.
