If you want to update from a previous version of the Corporate Mail Manager (v1.x), please perform the following steps:
- Export your settings through the CMM client with the "Backup"-function.
- If your Media Database contains images, you will have to download them manually. Therefore go to CMM Media Database, select your images and download them from the CMM Server.
- Uninstall the 1.x version from your computer.
- Install the 2.x version on your computer.
- Import the prev. exported data using the "Import"-function of the CMM 2.x. Upload your media in the Media Database and check the image links with the HTML Editor
- Send an test e-mail in order to check the installation.
If you want to update from a v1.x version to a v2.x version you'll just need to purchase a Service Agreement.
