You can start and test the CMM Client through Java™ Webstart. Therefore you have a sender domain is preconfigured. You can perform changes and send yourself a testmail using the "Send Testmail" Wizard (Tools->Wizards->Send Testmail).

Please note, that the communication uses port 3333 (TCP/IP). If an error message occurs, that the CMM Server could not be connected, you probably could not open connections using this port. In this case contact your network administrator. Therefore you only need the current Java™ Runtime Environment 5.0 (or better), which you can download at http://www.java.com/ for free. Note: The installation version of the Corporate Mail Manager already delivers this runtime environment. |
